Standardbank HELP

I am writing on behalf of my mon Marie Johanna Eygelaar, ID ***, address 22 ****iki Ave, Glen Ive Durbanville 7530, email ***. i paid off my mom's credit card in 2019/ 2020 but was told i can close the account because there are debit orders going off since then she has not use the card but she has now extended her limit and at the time the lady assisting us could not say what the debit orders are for, now todat at the Tygermanor branch i was told its for insurance and funeral cover FOR what my mom has funeral covers with Eskom and she has her own insurance with Indiwe. Please assist my mom has oldzimers and gets very confused when people call and speak to her. I had to rake her with me this morning to the bank and she was totally lost couldn't even answer all the questions. PLEASE i need help want to sort this out once and for all so we can close this account, she is a pension and she doesn't receive lots of money.
