Standardbank funeral insurence

This bank is horrible I created a funeral policy and in March I made a claim for my grandmother as she passed away however it's may and I still haven't received my money yet they continue to debit from me, everytime I call they give me lousy excuses and say theyll get back to me but they never do I always have to call. It's already May and I still haven't received my money, I've kept my end of the contract yet they can't keep theirs. Even the complaints department keeps telling me that theyll get back to me with further feedback yet they never do, I have to be the one that calls and sends emails. Personal for anyone that wants a funeral insurance standardbank is the worst cause funerals are expensive and they don't help make that hard time in your life easy
