standardbank car insurance

For attention i have been struggling for 2 days to get through to standard bank insurance's department the nr call through then it's a long wait time. they say you can leave your nr their call back the phone rings only 1 time in my side then they put down .then I ring again then you are nr38 the in line then a voice said 10 min it becomes an hour does not come through. just want to know how to submit the claim and how long it takes for an answer .
