Standardbank Building Insurance worst ever!!

Standard Bank Building Insurance Claim number: 20/093520

Hailstorm damaged our house,almost all ceilings are damaged and fell out on 5 November 2020 in Rustenburg North West. Claim registered on 6 November. Since registration we receive no feedback. No contractor yet allocated to repair damage. We cant stay in our house due to damage. We must make use of alternative accompdation. It doesnt matter if we call or email. Nobody can assist with answers. Worst service ever!! Will not recommend Standardbank Insurance at all
