Standardard Rogue policy insurers

I complained I done what I should standard bank insurance is one of the worst insurance company in South Africa no contact they put down pH the people they replying to my review but they have not contacted yet it's now 5 days .i demand my money back from this company . Any body out there elp please help me . They took my money for five ****in years *******ers
