Standard Vehicle Finance and Mooney Attorneys

My car is financed by standard Bank, have always been a good payer however ran into difficulties where I was under debt review in 01 June ,2023. 16 October 2023 I was contacted by Ronell cherry from Strauss Daly Attorney to create an payment agreed on the 31 ,October 2023 I contacted Standard Bank via email saying that I want to take over my account as I have sent a cancellation to best safe as I have discovered that they are not paying my debtors. I have been paying funds to that account every since. To my suprise am now getting calls and emails from Mooney Ford Attorneys this was on the 9 July 2024 lady by the name Rehka saying that I am in arrears with standard bank vehicle thereafter need to make payment of R14000 for the next three months, today 29 ,July 2024 I got another email saying standard bank has now issued me to pay R34000 per month otherwise legal proceedings will commence. I am at my within trying to understand what's going on. Standard is not much help.
