Standard **** money and bad service

Standard bank is a **** I was paying 4876 for my home loan including insurance the amount for insurance alone was 586 and I cancel the insurance I got a good offer somewhere so now when I ask for bond statement I found that my new installment 4500 but I suppose to pay 4200 now hence I cancel the insurance when I ask they say I was paying 350 for insurance while old amount of insurance was 576 and when you call home loan u wait on the phone for hour before u get assisted but service and they also *******
