standard Insurance STAY AWAY!!!

Standard bank insurance, i believe this to be the biggest ****, they have people working there that clearly doesn't want to work and help the customers, you have to call multiple times a day and request call backs to have someone call just to cut it, you have to chase behind to get follow ups on claims my recent claim HLB/2025/421098 I decided it was time to paint my bedroom, i remove the headboard and other supporting boards to find black mold and dampness on the walls, I start s****ing the old paint to find the plaster falling off the wall brick showing damp wall and brick exposed called my insurance to investigate, told they will send a plumber out, call the next day cause no one gets assigned, plumber comes out does his investigation, dont receive any feedback, call the insurance to not get proper answers pass 24 hours call again to be told its denied because of no proper drainage Im a fist time home owner, I still dont know what they are talking about, the house is still owned by the bank they assessed it to give me the go ahead and now when theirs a problem they refuse to fix it but every month must pay for this **** of an insurance, i got a 3 year old, the fix is beyond me Anyone looking for house insurance STAY AWAY
