Standard Insurance is useless

I had a lightning strike in December at home which destroyed my ccctv.After multiple emails and phone calls a month down the line nothing has been resolved.All I get from Standard insurance is multiple emails being recycled through different individuals each more useless than the previous..A total shock that such poor customer service is provided by a so-called blue chip company
