Standard insurance is a ****

I have been paying my personal loan insurance with no fail. Now I am retrenched and it’s time for it to kick in but it’s not happening. What is going on there? I submitted everything at the branch and it was sent to the insurance department but still they are quiet and the loan is still taking money out of my account.
