Standard Insurance Claim

"We truly apologize for the level service received thus far. We will raise this as a urgent matter, our team will provide feedback urgently." This is what I get everytime I follow up on my claim. Nobody phone's you back or even answers your mails. I am so done with them. Will never recommend them to anybody.
