Standard Insurance bad service

A month ago contacted Standard Insurance to log a claim. Took 5 days for an email response. Have sent numerous emails with the invoices and the rep doesn't reply to any. After being a client for more than 30 years I'm ready to find a different insurance. Useless and very bad service from such a big company
