Standard insurance Bad service

Standard insurance debited my account twice on the 21st,I reversed the additional debit,3 days after my debit I claimed for towing and they came,what's funny is that I received a letter saying my policy was canceled on the 19th,when I check on the app it says my policy can't be found. I called and I was told that it will be reinstated and it is with IT,till today nothing happened,car insurance is paid in advanced and I do that believe they have a right to cancel while I already paid for the next month.
