Standard insurance

I am confused and disappointed, I am not sure what happened but I just received an email saying my policy has been canceled as I requested and I never canceled anything, the date on the letter is 19 March but on the 25th I requested an emergency roadside assistant and they sent someone to come and help. I tried to call and find out what is happening but no luck,I tried to login on the app and it says my ID is not found. So basically my policy is canceled without being notified of reasons and claim that it's me who canceled it.
