Standard House Insurance :

I have a bond with STD Bank which I took in 2004. For all these years I have never put any claim. Last year in October, the was a water leak which came from the geyser. As per the norm, I reported the matter in November 2020, the constructor was sent on-site, it was recommended that the geyser be replaced and the ceiling be refurbished as it had got damaged. Within two weeks, the leak continued, I reported to STD Bank under Claim No. 20/094430. I spoke to many people such as Kguputso, Vusi Manana, Refilwe Mathokga. All I had requested was the contractor should go back and fix the mess they created. I had no business talking to them as my contractual arrangement is with STD Bank. Nothing was done to this day. I am now faced with a situation where I need to get my Plumber to go and fix poor workmanship done by the STD Bank service provider. No other ever came back to me to check if this matter was resolved. The next job that I need to do is to fix the ceiling board that has been messed up again. Here is my point, I have been paying since 2004 but I such ******* of aa service. I do not think that there is any person who is right in his /her frame of mind who can do business with this Bank. In fact, an STD bank does not qualify to be regarded as a bank. It is a pyramid scheme from some part of the country I will not mention. There is no customer service nor decency in attending the matter to its conclusion. It is regrettable that I am still stuck with a money-laundering **** which is classified as "a bank". I have lost my money for all these years, been inconvenienced by an institution that can not even spell the word Customer Service.
