Standard bank,Useless homeowners insurance ever

So I have homeowners insurance with Standard bank.They rejected my roof claim and resultant damage in 2024.I got my own contractor and paid them to repair the roof for me and fixed the inside,the contractor gave me 3 years warranty and comes in if needebut yearly check.Aftef the hailstorm in January early March this year we star seeing water omkng through the ceiling in our kitchen and called the contractor back ,on examining the roof he then realizes new hail damage dents on the roof and on tge 11 March we lodgedaclaimvia the APP.We kept getting sms saying claim wazassigned to this one and that one but nkcallnor assessor called to make an appointment. On the 30 th finally managed to get through to their useless call center and ultimately aco tractor came to assess our roof,he still confirmed there was roof hail damage took the picture and said he will submit to Standard bank.To our surprise we get a call after hours from Standard bank to say the claim is rejected. What is Standard bank actually taking a premium from me for I wonder but this time I am ready to take a fight to them.I dare them to send me a letter explicitly explaining their reasons for rejecting my claim and then the fight is on.
