Standard Bank's iStore Card's Security Questions

These security questions Standard Bank asks when I as an iStore Card client phones in is to their own detriment. I will be cancelling my account as they can never validate me successfully.

Personally, I don't care what the credit limit on my card is. I am not using my card for credit, I am using it for the convenience of not carrying cash. I don't walk around with the credit limits of all my cards in my head.

Furthermore I don't keep track of how long I have had a credit card. It is not important to me at all. It is not even stated on any credit card statement how long I have been a customer for. I've been a customer of FNB for how knows how long. I

Next, I don't keep track of which year I become a director of a company. It is not important information to me. I am not even a director of that company any more - it is Standard Bank's data providers that are outdated, but I cannot be serviced properly because of that?

When I phone the call centre, I do not want to first open all my statements, all my company registration forms etc. to be able to anticipate any random question they ask me.

They are the only bank I'm dealing with doing this - and I won't be dealing with them much longer because of this.
