Standard bank's insurance brokers reject my claim for no valid reason

I got car breakdown on the 6th of august 2023, it was Sunday, i contacted standard bank and Hollard, i was told that i don't have active policy cover, so i used my own money to pay for towing, now standard bank delay to update me about investing the matter since they are using brolink and Hollard, so standard bank need to refund me and sort this issue out with brolink..
