Standard banks horrible service

Absolutely terrible and unreliable service from standard bank home insurance. I have logged a claim for two a/c, s damaged by lightning on the 29 Jan 2020. The settlement they want to offer me does not come on par as to what I have currently. There are no communication from them. If I don't call them I would never get feedback. There services are horrible. I also had other appliances damaged but the other insurance settled me within two weeks. My advise to people, move away from there horrid services.
