Standard Banks have lowered the standards to an all-time llw. Think twice. Yoj ate WARNED!!!

Iin January 2022, I took a funera cover from Standard Bank in respect of Mr Onelo and when I was not sent a policy document, I emailed for one but it never arrived. Since Standard Bank is a reputable institution, I carried on with the policy nonetheless. Since the passing of the deceased a week before last, Standard Bank is playing hide and seek refusing to pay. All premiums are laid and the family have informed the consultants who are phoning that i have a relationship witb the family including the biological sisters. Even when i went to claim i was wirh the most senior uncle of the family to the branch. The deceased is a man I assisted wuth food, bus fare monies, helped with applications for the SRD grant. I am now dismayed f!flabbergasted and shocked to learn that Standard Bank would question my relationship with the deceased even when the family and his biological sister has conirmed the existence of a strong relationship between me and the deceased. The bullying and bulldozing tactics employed by their agents leaves much to be desired. You expect such treatment when ylu grieve noga,l from a ******** enterprise and not the Standard Bank we grew up holding in high regard.I have already submitted a comllaint to tge Ombud about this unfair treatment.

What takes so long to finalise this matter. Tbe resolution of this matter doesnt need days or weeks to conclude. You are aware of the reasons why I feel aggrieved, mistreated, the injustice, pained, frustrated, ******, ******* and trapped into a ponzi scbeme.
