**** standard bank's funeral schemes

After this experience, I'm done with this bank. Soon as i can, I'm switching banks. They can ****ing kiss my ****ing black ass.

Funeral cover deducts 3 times when its supposed to diduct twice and now they have the ****** nerve to cancel the ****ing policy and not even bother to inform me, what nonsense is that? They've been ****ing happy to take my money all these years and when they make a mistake and not own up to it when it's so clear that the error is on their side, now i have to wait while the ****ing investigate what happened, **** you very much standardbank for your ****ing incompetence.

I'm done, I'm moving to another bank and opening a funeral policy with them cause they'll ****ing have the date right to diduct the premium.
