Standard bank,just wait we will help within a year

I have been asking for standard bank insurance to sort out some lightning damage and they took 3 weeks to send someone and when he cam gave a report and they send me a mail that says assessment done and approved.This was somwhere in December.Iam still waiting for the next step and hopefully it won't take another 2 months.dont know what to do.
