Standard Banking refusing to look after their customers

Standard Bank home insurance take our money every month and then REFUSE to pay out a claim when you have a problem. We have had our Home Loan and Home building insurance with them for about 5 years, they never inspected the house or out side building and never informed us that there are issues or problems to repair/fix. Now we had wind damage and the property front boundary wall got blown over by a strong wind and they wont pay the claim. They send 4 different builders to assess the damage and paid them THOUSANDS of Rands just to avoid assisting their customers with a claim payment. No consumer protection just *****S
