Standard Bank..disappointed

I'm so disappointed and disheartened. We were in an accident 7 months ago. Up till now, Standard bank has rejected paying this policy because they have the blood report. I was badly injured, and now unemployed and took me almost 4 months just to get the forensics report. This is our money we pay to the insurance for such events but when its comes to paying us our money they have loads of No. I don't know if its worth it to take out any policies if you all you do is fight to get your own money. Day light theft of hardworking people money. Nicely done Standard bank
