Standard BankBank must pay!

<p>I don't even have the energy for this. To cut a long story short, my parents' pool pump at our home was damaged. Standard Bank wait for 6 months before responding to say they did a full investigation (which is absolute nonsense as no one bothered to call or come to our house), not even an apology for making my parents wait for 6 months, instead a plain old "rejection letter" was the response. I wrote on your facebook page about it and Mpho Khumalo wrote back saying she'll escalate to senior management. I emailed her my parents' insurance policy that clearly states that the pool pump is coveted. It's been 3 weeks NOTHING from her. My parents are old, loyal & respected customers of Std Bank this is pathetic treatment. </p>
