Standard Bank! You Suck when it comes to Insurance claims

I've been a loyal customer of Standard Bank since I've been I child. Now I'm waiting for claim for my roof due to hail damage that has not been resolved because you did not send out an assessor. The quotes have already been submitted. I'm waiting for the fourth quote this afternoon. Get your act together because this will have a ripple effect that will go national. I've been hanging on to your number for half a day now. My Private banker doesn't have answer to my questions.
