Standard bank worst service ever

What a bad experience trying to cancel life insurance on my Revolving credit! I have been with Standard bank for more than 40 years and I can see how their service is getting worse. I have been sending emails since the beginning of January 24 to cancel the life insurance on my Revolving credit and have sent numerous emails to which you get an automatic response within minutes, but that is were it stops! Standard bank you need to get your customer service sorted out please.
