Standard bank, worst Insurance service ever!

Worst service ever, I submitted all the documents needed to claim for a funeral on the 22 April 2021, till to this day, no respond from standard bank. All they do when you call their call center they lie and tell you that your claim will be paid before end of business but I'm still frustrated by them! No payment has been done and the burial is this Saturday. If I am going to be debited my money then comes time for them to honour their promise in my time of need and I get to be frustrated, I am not going to stand for this ****! That family that once took a corpse to one of the Insurance company offices I dont blame them! Standard bank must just pay my claim before they find themselves in similar mess, because if they dont pay me today they will trend aswel! This is not a thread, I hate it when I have to be held hostage with what is due to me. I cannot be mourning and be dealing with an insurance frustration...
