Standard bank worst Insurance
Worst Worst service ever. I have been approved for my lost of income they. Back and forth back ad forth they pay the money in to my loan account which was up to date clueless staff that has no phone manners. They emails keep quarantining you so you cant reach anyone the and have to call numerous of times and all at a death end what a pathetic bank and services.

06 Jan 2022, 18:18I have just been sent to go to a branch, again in inconvenience in order for Standard bank to see that installments were paid as they cant on the system. My claim paid a lump some into a personal loan account is up to date why not pay the 12 months the claim paid in my personal account? Covid should have made you train staff to be able to do everything online.
