Standard Bank- Worst Customer Service Ever !!!!!!!!

Horrifying experience trying to get through to a consultant. When i eventually did, she was chatting to her grandparent on meds she is taking and what she is cooking. This is the worst example of poor service and lack of professionalism. Still have not been assisted.
