STANDARD BANK WORSE INSURANCE IN SOUTH AFRICA

Standard bank insurance is the worse insurance in South Africa at the moment they just take ur money every month but when its time to fix or pay out a claim they will do absolutely anything not to payout. Everything is not coverd by them so tell me std bank what is covered with u guys? Il share my story with everyone why not to take out any insurance with standard bank. 1st time I connected std bank after a huge storm a few years ago and it damaged my back wall I called them they sent out a build cant rememner his name now but it was a tall white guy.. when he came here he was just serious taking pics and writing things down lord knows what then I asked him whats the next step he said he will get back to me to fix everything .. the next day to my surprise std bank connected us and said they not paying or fixing it . There reason for not fix it they said cause the concrete in the ground is too small Omg std bank how can u use such lies as an excuse . They we fought it and they did nothing we patched it up on our own then the next time me called them when they broke into my home . My back wall faces a huge field nature reserve so the thieve come from there. And they broke our back wall came on our property broke our back door and frame took my wife and kids and locked them up in the room and they stole everything . My family in a big state we called std bank again and the same white tall guy came out to check and his telling me they gana sort out the back walk and replace my back door and frame. The next day insurance dont wana pay . They say white guy full of lies just like standard bank insurance we then had to fight it again cause my wife couldn't stay in a house with the back door broke but std bank insurance didn't care for the safety of my family im so disappointed and disgusted . Then the next time we claimed when the geyser was leaking then african plumbers came sorted it out same day and the other guys was coloureds thats replaced the ceiling and painted and everything brand new no problems. Then we had another 8 break ins at our home but std bank insurance dont give a damn or care about there regularly paying clients. The next claim we did when the geyser broke and it was africans that came and they sorted it out immediately. Now 2 weeks ago big storm and apart of our back wall broke and fell down. They sent a white guy .......... poeple my experience with std bank is that when they send builders if they african or couloured they don't judge u on how u look or were u live if u rich or just a average guy middle class . But all the times they send white builders then there is a problem .. std bank please tell me why is this?????? Are we to average for ur white builders that they judge us ... I'm not saying they ****** but I'd let people reading this decide on yhere own . Anyways they white guy came talking all nice he left then next day std bank insurance said they not paying let me tell u there stupid reason... they said we not paying cause the ground at the back of my property is uneven ... then we took it to complaints we had struggle wait hours on the phone and sending many emails with no reply then a lady called Gugu Mtshali rep**** more than a week later saying something else that they can't fix it cause the metal inside the concrete poles was rusted std bank people please tell me how do we maintain or service the metal inside the concrete poles? What a stupid excuse even a child will think its stupid use will ly and change ur story everytime. Then use say use dont pay out storm damages but use forgot use did pay us out the 1st time now ur story is changing. Lies upon lies just not to pay and tell me why is only when a white builder comes then there is issues. Tell me is it cause we are middle class people? But we pay use every month and never skipped a payment . A few weeks ago my brother inlaw brother had they same problem as us with his back wall and use fixed it cause he lives in a posh area .. I spoke to the guy personally and he told me his story with use and he had no problems use fixed it right away . Std bank there is a nature reserve behind my property its home to cape cobra snakes and deadly spiders my kids don't feel safe in our home cause there room window faces the back wall so they been sleeping in my room for the past few days . Std bank I hold use responsible if anything should happen to my dog or any of my pets and I hold use highly responsible if anything should happend to my wife and kids cause the wall being down is easy access to dangerous wild life coming on my property and easy access to ******* and breakins... we send all this to the manger at std bank insurance but she dont give a damn only thing she cares about is lying and looking for all the reasons and excuses not to pay. So who ever is reading this spare urself a headache and don't take any insurance out with standard bank they will just make life hard for u and I dont wish my experience with standard bank insurance on anyone .. if u rich and live in posh area then its ok they will treat u nice but if u a average coloured and live in average home they will walk all over u not to pay out the middle class will always suffer its so sad and disgusting
