Standard bank , very disappointing

On the 01 of April 2019 I've spoken to Vuyi from to cancel my credit protection insurance for my credit card and overdraft then I thought to myself it's to good to be true so I've taken it upon myself just to double check if its canceled spoken to Ngoble Tabiseng on the 15th of April was advise it's been cancelled on both . Thought as much to my surprise it was cancelled on the credit card and not on the overdraft , really now . Being loyal to Standard bank for more then 20 years , why cant they have my back when I need them to do one simple thing I mean it's more then 30 days in advance for may on the 25th not for the credit protection to go off on both . What happend to good service and where is the competency in Sandard bank ? Having a Elite account one of the benefits of paying the R105 I wasn't even given an option just being changed over without my consent an any explanation, is to change your overdraft limit online, unfortunately for me I can't do that , seriously paying but not getting the benefits as promised , much misleading . Lastly I've asked Fiona Yearwood to cancel my loan application and then ot was still open due to standard bank not being able to do consolidation loans that brought my credit score all the way down to rock bottom because she kept on trying and going to my the credit bureau after I've told her that I've started a new job and my average salary is not going to be enough as I didnt get my full salary in the month in Feb so the joke was on me still where i was at the bringing because I would've been helped at another financial institution .
