Standard bank vehicle insurance

In 2023 August my car got bumped on the rear left whilst parked in a residential complex. I claimed on my insurance at standard bank. The panelbeaters used old used parts to fix my car and when I enquired about this I was informed by panelbeaters that my insurance gave them that instruction. Now my 2 tail lights are not the same shade as it's evident the lights are not the same. This year I have sent emails to the insurance and still no help. They keep telling me someone will call me. NONE. But my insurance premium debit order goes off without fail or delay. But I'm getting a horrible service from standard bank insurance
