Standard Bank vehicle finance interest rate

I'm not happy with standard vehicle department I gave me a interest rate for 16.42% for my second car which is extremely high and I'm failing to understand why do I have this high interest while they have finance me for my first and second cars, I tried calling and the issue was not resolved they are sending from pillar to post different departments and no one is help. I have also send an email no one rep****, I wanted them to decrease my interest rate cause it's extremely high. I sad part I have been using standard bank for more than 10years. Becareful of standard vehicle finance.
