STANDARD BANK VAF STILL HAS PATHETIC SERVICE

I posted a review with regards to the same problem a while ago. Standard Bank only rep**** that they would check into the matter. Since then, NOTHING happened. We contacted VAF again, they AGAIN sent a paid-up letter instead of the Natis documents for account no: ***03. Are they so uncapable of understanding what they should do?! Almost 2 months, still NO NATIS DOCUMENTS! I am now consulting my attorney to handle the matter further.
