Standard bank using loopholes and ignoring when caught out
on two occassions i have asked the bank to fix my kitchen and the second time was after the boksburg earthquake. Both times the LOOPHOLE used was the damage was pre-exsiting to the bond. The bank sent me paperwork about the bond and that bond was taken out in 2002 and the damage started in 2009 and i have told this infomation to disputes and claims and since i have brought this infomation forward to them im being ignored.
