Standard Bank Useless Insurance

Standard bank insurance are one useless insurance company you can find in south africa not caring about their client or our property, they don't even deserve a 1 star rating on this platform or on any platform available.

I logged a claim on the 4th of June for a whole in my roof and still not fixed or paid to have it fixed myself.

The 3rd party agent came on the 5th of June to review my claim and advised on malicious damage to property he submitted everything immediate, next day I called the insurance to ask what's the next step I was advised that Garron will call me there assessor which he never did rather called the 3rd assessor to ask me for a case number which I supp**** immediately; only on the 11th we received our form to be completed send back immediately and the agent never read her email I called yesterday to asked what's happening she asked me did I send my form back I then asked her if she read all her email she said yes but didn't see my email, I was promised by the team leader that my money will be paid today 13/06/25 and still money paid into my account and roof still not fixed and it's raining soon again in CPT, Thank you Standard Bank for your useless services and be pretty sure I'll never make use of your services again I am canceling all my products with you after more then 15 years being your client
