Standard bank used me as an escape goat to not give my relatives their money

The complaint department claim to have called me regarding a funeral claim that my relatives had done because my mother passed away, they say that they did confimatons with me. This is false as I have not received any communication from standard bank. They rejected their claims and blame me for not wanting to give people their money.
