Standard Bank Top up claim partially paid

I bought a vw polo vivo 1.4 in June 2015, unfortanely had a accident in December 2015 and the car was written off. My car was insured through Hollard and I took out top up insurance ( value R250000) from Standard Bank which financed my vehicle.I bought the the car for R142867.11 from vw which includes the extras (R39415-without VAT) and I traded in my old car for R108919.00, so the total cost of the car was R251786.11. The outstanding amount at the date of loss was R340625.99.After deducting the rebate (interest) of R92786.22 I owed the bank R247839.77 .Hollard Insurance paid R144900.00 , which settle the amount of R142867.11 wich includes the extras. Top Up paid R63524.99.Monthly installment of January 2015 R5083.97 , so the issue is the Top up insurance didn't settle my account as i still owe the bank. See the calculation<br> (R247839.***.99-5083.97= R343330.18 -amount due).I did query, the outstanding amount wasnt paid because of the extras (R39415) , but the extras were covered by insurance payment as i see it, my top up insurance was for R250000 and i believe thats why I took out top up insarance to cover the outstanding balance owed
