STANDARD BANK THE WORST OF THE WORST

Good day my name is Matshediso and i have been banking with STD BANK since 2005 i believe. I have absolutely loved this bank and have had no problems with it until now. I am absolutely appalled by the way i am being treated by this bank. my husband and i had a breakin into our house and a claim was lodged with std bank as this is where we are insured. The claim has been dragging for so long. We get promised phone calls which do not occur. We are at our witts end and do not know what to do. A man by the name of Anton Botha is handling this and i am sad to say that he has gone to the lengths of blocking our numbers because all we want is feedback. It has been almost a month with little to no communication.
