Standard Bank the biggest **** ever

I submitted a death claim with standard in April 2025 and they denied my claim without reason. I finished the waiting period i even went to the branch to get the reason of the claim not being paid and they also said that I finished the waiting period. Standard bank is the biggest **** with empty promisses when its time to pay claims.
