Standard bank insurance ripping people off, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO ANY DEPARTMENT

I was involved in an accident 13.10.2018 i called Standard bank insurance reporting the accident which took place at Highveld Mall Witbank they assisted me by contacting the towing company which towed my car to Middleburgh. fast forward I was the one calling them all the time, no one from the insurance tried to contact me about the whereabouts of my vehicle . They send their assessor to for inspection they advised me that they will pay me R 1756.61 and i must pay in my access at Tiger wheel which is R2500 i did as i was advised by insurance . They also said i should return the courtesy car. on arrival at their storage my car was still undrivable I advised the insurance of the situation but they said the claim has been closed they will not assist me any further I need to tow my car back to Witbank even though they have said it on their clause that i have unlimited towing this bank does not have respect for anyone i am closing everything that ties me with Standard bank
