Standard Bank - synonym for USELESS
I wish I could give a zero star rating. I've been trying to cancel my bond insurance since March/April 2020!!! Yes, you heard me. I didn't make a typo... 2 0 2 0! We've added our property to our personal insurance and have been paying both Standard Bank and Santam for over a year..... No one bothers to respond or help in any way. PATHETIC! MOST USELESS SERVICE EVER! My whole family will be moving away from Standard Bank personal banking, business banking, and anything Standard Bank related...
