Standard Bank sucking the life out of people

I took out a bond with Standard Bank two years ago and also took insurance for building. I was invited by std into their offices to sign up for a life insurance. I rejected their offer. Two year down the line as I was servicing my life policies and double checking with my insurers what am I insured for, all of a sudden std tells that ooh we have not been charging for life insurance but we have been paying the money over to insurance company. We will start charging from month end okay I said please send the signed copy of the insurance they send a generic copy with no signatures attached. I sent them a request on Monday to cancel this policy and or send me a signed copy James Ndhlovu the guy I dealt with has not responded i have an existing insurance with Nedbank and I cannot have two insurances. The worst part is that I cannot be insured with std because their exclusion includes chronic illness. I have a cronic illness and therefore if I will not be paid out should something happen to me and that will leave my family in limbo. Std is a bunch of blood suckers who wants to milk people and leave them in the lurch. I appeal to them to the right think before this matter gets out of hand
