Standard bank structure insurance is a ****, run !!!!

I have a building insurance I took together with the standard home loan. The property was damaged by floods in April,I had to register my claim twice then it took months for standard bank to send someone. My retaining wall was damaged and my roof is leaking. Right now I am not sure what going to happen to my house cause that wall will collapse if we have other floods and my neighbors yard is shifting towards my property and it's elevated ,,,I don't feel safe .

My claim was rejected ,it's invalid because apparently the wall was not built to standard and the extension where it's leaking...according to standard bank evaluator it's poor workmanship. I don't do any modifications on the house since it was purchased and why was this not mentioned to me by standard bank evaluator,,, and I never received a report form standard bank I had to call to follow-up .This is the worst service. I would not recommend Standard bank as a building insurer. I have been abandoned in a time when I needed them the most.

I tried to cancel but I can't until I get another broker which right now it's not easy with the damaged house

My question to standard bank is ;was I suppose to buy and demolished the house and re build it again according to a certain standard, which by the way is not allowed
