Standard Bank STILL no response

This is my 3rd review on the same outstanding ***** dispute and is still not resolved. I even had a conference call with the supervisor on 3/2/23 with reference no *** and a promise its being escalated but STILL no feedback since then. It also doessnt help posting on HalloPeter as the response is automated. This is pathetic!!
