Standard bank, standard pathetic service.

Utmost pathetic service with empty promises and non fulfilment of claims. I have put in 2 claims last year for plumbing blockages and standard bank told me that they cant find a plumber. after a single phone call I got a plumber who supports SB and they say they were not contacted. 15 December 2021 I had storm water damage to my house and lodged a claim. the assessor has come and gone last year and at the time of writing this review, 21 January 2022 I have contacted SB twice with a promise that they will return my call. as you may have guessed it, no reply. poor service delivery at its best.
