Standard bank sold my father`s house for R100

My name is Thandekile Zazayokwe, a daughter of a late Msolwa Aggry Mathebula. My father passed on 1998 DEC 12 while on duty ( Metro police). He had a home loan with standard Bank. My parental grandmother Betty Mathebula informed standard bank about my father`s passing and sent the necessary documentation that was required,she was the executor of my father`s estates then. Since after my dad`s passing we have been harassed by estates agents informing us that the house was sold.

So my grandmother passed on, i am the executor of the estate. I went to standard bank to enquire about my dad`s house , a consultant who was assisting Pontso Sera informed me that the insurance kicked in and paid the outstanding amount of R92000 and that the house does not owe anything they where waiting for the collection of the title deed.

I then requested the title deed and gave them all the documentation that they requested and they told me to wait for 10 days then i patiently waited with excitement thinking that finally after 18 years we will go back to my father`s house.

They then sent a document that says " transfer of the deed" when i went through the its states that standard sold the house for R100. I then went back to the branch to get a thorough explanation of the document, they connected me to home loans and i told them about the document. they told me that i should no exit the building with the document i should give it back to them, i then refused.

They tried talking me through telling me that the house was sold to another person, i asked them to produce the supporting documents on when it was sold and whom was informed that the house is sold, and why are the rates still coming coming under my father`s name if the house is indeed legally sol, they kept telling me that the records where destroyed. Then days later they constantly called me, harassing me,requesting me to bring the document and forget about my father`s house because it is no longer in his name.

Please help me and sister. we have been staying in between relatives for over 18 years because standard bank sold our father`s house for R100.
