STANDARD BANK SIL - SERVICE AT A SNAILS PACE

I wrote a review on 24 January 2019. In September 2018 our claim was registered, misdiagnosed by the plumber, our bath removed and since then we have no bathroom to our use. It has been 6 months. A clear cut issue but delays, delays, delays! Plumbers have to make appointments and that takes days...reports submitted to insurance...plumber take more than a week...claim department making decisions and then forgetting what they discussed...2 weeks. Since the 24th nothing but wasting time. Today is 21 February. Still no builders to assess and write a report. SIL sits back and waits on them. In the mean time we have had no bathroom. Leak is getting worse. Claim 19/001465
