Standard Bank: Shocking, poor and disappointing client service

Shocking, poor and disappointing client service by Standard Bank! My credit card was blocked by Insurance department without a notice on the 19th/April/2022. I called, enquired and spoken to more than 6 Standard Bank consultants and got referred to next person or department! To date(26/April/2022), no one in Standard Bank has been able to assist and resolve my issue.
